The general contractor who has caused tens of thousands of dollars of losses for his customers is now apparently looking to prey on home buyers through a real estate inspection service.
One can only imagine the problems Darnell could cause for a new home buyer by offering Home Inspections. Potentially leaving a new home buyer with problems involving termites, mold, moisture, or radon gas.
Brain Darnell spent the better part of the last decade in Chapter 13 bankruptcy leaving creditors with tens of thousands of dollar of unpaid debt, hiding behind multiple Limited Liability Company names and “doing business as” fictitious entities.
Missouri Court records show a pattern of causing problems for customers and then failing to be accountable.
Realtors and real estate agents in the greater St. Louis area will need to be on the lookout for the crooked contractor who has added another business name to hide behind.
