Darnell is keeping a steady supply of business for the Niewald Law Firm. That is the legal practice that defended Brian Darnell in the lawsuit brought by Pittman Roofing that ensnared the Grace Presbyterian Church four years ago and was finally settled in 2020.
In this go-round at the court, the plaintiff is the County of St. Charles.
