The owner of Prodigy Restoration Group and Darnell Construction, Brian Darnell, has a long history with the Bankruptcy Courts.
Note that in 2010 the owner of Prodigy Restoration Group (also the owner of Darnell Construction, Darnell-Group and Design-Build St. Louis) filed and went into Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
This came on the heels of a 2003 Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
In May of 2014 (05/16/2014) the Chapter 13 bankruptcy was “Dismissed for failure to make plan payments”.
In November of 2014, after a mandatory 6 month wait, debtor Brian Darnell petitioned the United States Bankruptcy Court to re-enter Chapter 13 bankruptcy. This was allowed.
Since November 2014 Brian Darnell, owner of Darnell Construction and prior owner of the defunct Prodigy Restoration Group, has re-entered Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
