A pluries summons has been issued for Brian C. Darnell of Darnell Construction also dba Darnell Group, also dba as Brian Darnell Design, also dba Design-Build St. Louis, and perhaps other aliases.
The disreputable St. Louis area construction and roofing contractor has had a second summons issued in the lawsuit with customer Sandy Sheldon. Court records show that Darnell never responded to the first court summons and as the court case approaches it’s fourth year court records show that the crooked contractor is being summoned again.
Meanwhile over in the Darnell Construction and Pittman Roofing Lawsuit that has ensnared the Grace Presbyterian Church in another Darnell related lawsuit there’s been no return information posted on the Brian Darnell summons.
One can only begin to imagine the misery a potential home owner could face if they had the misfortune of hiring Brian Darnell’s Design-Build-Renovate business to construct a custom home.
To this day Brian Darnell remains in Chapter 13 bankruptcy with a substantial list of creditors to whom he owes money:
To cap this off, Brian Darnell still has an outstanding unpaid judgment that is in excess of $21,000 for breach of contract on roofing and window repairs.
