Attempting to hold crooked general contractor Brian Darnell accountable for his actions can be a challenge for consumers. One would think that a general building contractor working from their home would be easy to reach through the legal system, but as the screenshot below shows, Brian Darnell hides behind a multitude of Limited Liability Company names.
In the lawsuit involving Brian Darnell and customer Ms. Sheldon, the customer had to name FOUR different business entities that Darnell uses for doing business. What’s more, this doesn’t even cover all of the names that Darnell shields himself with, additionally this contractor also uses the name Darnell Group LLC.
In the ongoing two-plus year lawsuit brought by the customer of Darnell’s failed Prodigy Restoration Group there is now a new twist as a summons was requested for “Personal Service on Brian C Darnell”.
It would appear that finally the crooked contractor is being pulled into being held personally accountable for the unethical behavior that has been performed behind the protection of the multiple LLC entities.
While this is still short of the Criminal charges that Brian Darnell deserves to face, it is a step in the right direction.
