It has now been twelve months since the Associate Circuit Court in St. Charles Missouri ruled that Brian Darnell’s Prodigy Restoration Group owed us damages of $16,990.
Darnell rejected the generous payment plan that we offered, asking for only $150 per month until the debt was paid.
Instead Brian Darnell chose to make another bad decision by refusing to pay what he owes and now a year later the court ordered 9% interest per annum comes into play and Brian Darnell is now responsible for $18,519 in damages.
