2020 starts with crooked contractor Brian Darnell of Darnell Construction still dealing with bankruptcy and multiple lawsuits.
Darnell’s Chapter 13 bankruptcy that started in 2014 is still ongoing.
A list of thirteen creditors to whom Darnell owes money are sent a notice about the bankruptcy case.
The long running lawsuit brought by customer Sandy Sheldon against the failed Prodigy Restoration Group is still going on. Darnell tried to avoid taking responsibility for stealing nearly $10,000 from us by closing Prodigy Restoration Group, an action that also left customer Sheldon with no option but to go after Brian Darnell himself. Unfortunately Darnell is much more skilled at avoiding responsibility than he is at completing a job he’s been paid for.
Court records show that Brian Darnell is still behaving in a cowardly manner, avoiding the summons that have been sent in the Civil case.
The most recent lawsuit for Darnell Construction is now also starting to drag on, the case of Pittmann Roofing versus Darnell Construction started in 2018 and is tentatively heading toward a Jury Trial in 2020.
The unfortunate people at Grace Presbyterian Church have Brian Darnell to thank for their continuing involvement in this Civil Lawsuit.
2020 also shows Brian Darnell still owing over $20,000 as a result of the judgement against his Prodigy Restoration Group business.
