The newest victim of Darnell Construction has entered a breach of contract lawsuit in the St. Charles circuit court. This time the plaintiff is another business, Pittman Roofing of Troy Missouri.
With Brian Darnell now involved in two civil lawsuits along with an ever present Chapter 13 bankruptcy the crooked contractor will be busy making court appearances in 2019.
